The shop windows of de Bijenkorf are known to be creative, inspiring and fashion forward.
For the september campaign ‘Straat Couture’ I created graphics for the windows of the 7 department stores.
In 2019 de Bijenkorf Eindhoven celebrated its 50 year anniversary. This iconic building designed by architect Gio Ponti has been a symbol of modernity ever since the construction in 1969.
I was inspired by the building and its modern aesthetics while designing the campaign for this festive week.

Creativity is deeply rooted in the DNA of de Bijenkorf. So when asked to design 7 posters to illustrate the core values of the company I knew it had to be creative, modern and bespoke.
Amsterdam Wine Academy is a premium wine educator in Amsterdam. I collaborated with them to create a new website, flyer and poster for a fresher look!
De Bijenkorf loves bees and our planet cannot do without them. Sadly half of all bee species are endangered due to lack of nutrient-rich flowers and pesticides.
The department store launched a seasonal campaign ‘Let’s Bee Kind’ to create awareness around this subject and to raise money for The Pollinators.
I was responsible for the Art Direction and design
I had the pleasure to create the brand identity for ‘hej tom’, an app to manage your subscriptions and much more.
It's hej tom's mission to make subscriptions hassle-free. Subscriptions are super convenient, but they can also be a pain as we lose track or find them hard to cancel.
But it doesn't end there. Subscriptions should make tomorrow better – with fair terms and conditions and a positive impact on the planet and the people.
Hej tom helps you with getting a grip on subscriptions and discovering fair and honest subscriptions that match your interests. Hej tom is your subscription buddy.
For the computer accessories company Trust International B.V. I worked as an Art Director to creatively manage the creative studio during the implementation of the new brand identity. (Team: 6 fte).
My daily tasks were overseeing content creation (video, animation, photography and graphics).
This sandwich was created by chefs as a part of the ‘Let’s Bee Kind’ campaign. De Bijenkorf launched this seasonal campaign to create awareness around the subject of endangered bees.
The ingredients used to create the sandwich all exist only due to the bee and the pollination process. During the campaign the sandwich was sold in all of the 7 Bijenkorf restaurants.
The idea to create this sandwich as a part of the campaign, came from me. Carfried Verwaayen and I created this image to emphasize the importance of the ingredients. The image was used in and around the restaurants.
Colorful and bold brand identity for Amsterdam based arepa joint Amsterdam Arepa’s.
Redesign for de Bijenkorf’s homeware label ‘Bijenkorf Home’. Previously packed in all plastic packaging. Now in order to make the packaging more sustainable the residual material from the product is used.

Sinterklaas is the kick-off of de Bijenkorf’s most important season: Festive season.
I wrote the script and did the art direction for these 5 commercials, shown on Bijenkorf owned media channels such as Instagram and Facebook.
Every year the MBO (employee engagement research) is held amongst de Bijenkorf’s employees. I was asked to create the concept and design of the campaign, to encourage employees to participate.
